This fine crystal paperweight represents the work of the American glass artist Johne Parsley (1916-2006) and the Scottish glass artist Peter McDougall of the (former) Perthshire Paperweights (1953-current).
Two Warden Pears and blossom with four striated leaves rest on a muslin lace blanket surrounded by ruby milliefiori canes. A delicate 40-strand while latticinio basket encased by two tri-colored torsades supports this delicate paperweight. LE 40. 7X1 facets. JPPM Signature cane.
